Restoration Procedure
After the material is removed or disabled, Oyunclubnet will notify the user who posted the material (the “Respondent”). The Respondent may submit a counter-notice to request the restoration of the material. The counter-notice must include the following:
- The Respondent’s name, address, telephone number, email address, and, if applicable, facsimile number.
- A description of the material removed or access disabled and its location prior to removal.
- A statement that the Respondent, in good faith, believes the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement confirming the information provided is accurate.
- Agreement to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in their location.
- The Respondent’s physical or electronic signature.
Oyunclubnet will take reasonable steps to restore the material unless the copyright owner initiates legal action to prevent its restoration and informs us of such action.
False Claims
Under applicable copyright laws, any party found to have knowingly made a false statement in a takedown notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including legal fees and costs incurred by the other party. False claims may also result in penalties, including fines or imprisonment.
