Some surprises are thrown into the mix, like a hidden camera that can record your decisions for you to watch later and an additional challenge where you have to fight off two opponents simultaneously. While the story is entertaining in parts, it's a shame that the passive nature of FMV titles often leaves the player feeling less involved than they would have liked. Bloodshore has good acting and a great cast, but it's let down by a lack of a branching narrative and a sometimes passive gameplay experience.
